To estimate your conference and travel costs, not including airfare, we have included the hotel rates, ground transportation costs and the registration fees, listed below.

SuperShuttle (non-stop van): one-way trip from DIA to Westin: $84

UberX: estimated fare one-way from DIA to Westin: $35 – $45

Light Rail: estimated fare one-way from DIA to Westin: $12

Westin Hotel Rate: $184 for per night single or double.*

Included Meals: Wednesday evening hors d’oeuvres.

Internet Access (in room): included in Westin rate.*

SuperShuttle no longer offers shared rides from DIA.

*Important!: you must book directly with the hotel to receive the conference rate and receive waiver of room Internet fees. If you book through an online booking service such as Orbitz, Travelocity, etc., you will not receive the free in-room Internet service.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be granted until Sept. 25. A $125 cancellation will be incurred.

2“MEMBER DISCOUNTS” cannot be combined. In other words, registrants can only choose one discount from among all the member discounts available in the two categories. However, speaker discounts can be combined with any one of the member discounts. The 10% or 5% “SPEAKER DISCOUNT” will be calculated after the member discount has been applied. Check the AHEAD website for the discount code.

CEU fee: $65

CEU credit of .1 per hour of the conference is available for both the pre- and main conference. Along with the $65 processing fee, the submission of paperwork that documents your completion of the seminar is required. Use this form (docx) to track and submit your attendance at the conference.
