Drawing from my experience in higher education as my institutions primary web designer/developer, we'll go on the journey through the various stages of digital asset management, from identification, to remediation and beyond.

We'll begin by discussing the importance of identifying digital assets residing within an organization's domain and determining who's responsible for evaluating their accessibility compliance and remediation. We'll highlight key strategies and tools for conducting thorough accessibility assessments, emphasizing the need for a proactive approach to ensure inclusivity across all digital properties.

Moving beyond identification, we'll delve into the process of choosing an effective remediation strategy for addressing accessibility issues. Gain practical insights and best practices for prioritizing remediation efforts, optimizing resources, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders to achieve sustainable accessibility improvements.

Finally, we'll explore guidance on developing accessibility policies and trainings tailored to the unique needs of an organization. We'll also examine effective communication strategies for promoting accessibility awareness and fostering a culture of inclusion within the workplace.
