Join us for this informative session to learn how you can get your AccessText Network (ATN) publisher file requests fulfilled even faster. We will share behind-the-scenes tips with you to help optimize your ability to provide timely accommodations to students with disabilities. You will learn how publishers interact with ATN and how to determine the best ISBN for a title to request. We will also showcase publisherlookup.org and the Accessible Textbook Finder. Pearson will also join us to answer your questions.

Speaker Bio(s)
Dawn Evans
Dawn Evans has been with the Center for Inclusive Design & Innovation (formerly AMAC Accessibility) since 2008. She has been the AccessText Network (ATN) Coordinator since 2016 where she supports publishers and Disability Services Offices in colleges across the country to ensure the seamless request and delivery of publisher files on behalf of college students with disabilities. Prior to her position at ATN, she managed CIDI's E-Text Unit and is well-versed in creating accessible alternative formats. Dawn earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology and master's degree in Social Work from the University of Georgia.
Carolyn Phillips
Carolyn P. Phillips earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and her master's degree from the University of Kentucky. She is a nationally recognized consultant in the field of assistive technology and disabilities. She has spoken to numerous groups on topics that include assistive technology, advocacy, self-determination, and living with a learning disability. Carolyn serves as Director of Tools for Life, the Georgia Assistive Technology Act Program, and Pass It On Center, the National Assistive Technology Reuse Technical Assistance and Coordination Center. Carolyn has dedicated her time and energy to promoting independence for people with disabilities through advocacy, education, assistive technology and fundraising.
Doug Hacker
Doug Hacker manages customer facing accessibility support operations at Pearson. He has over two decades of experience in the accessibility world starting with time at Ai Squared and Freedom Scientific.
