The main airport servicing Westminster is Denver International Airport (DIA)* which is approximately 30.5 miles from Westminster, the location of the conference. Super Shuttle service is available from DIA to the conference hotel, the Westin Hotel in Westminster.

Transportation
Shuttle Service from Denver International Airport (DIA) to Westin Westminster Hotel
Shuttle service is available to and from DIA via SuperShuttle for $84 each way (if you book online) for a non-stop van (SuperShuttle no longer offers shared rides to Westminster). The shuttle counter is located on level 5, across from the water fountain under the Ground Transportation signs. The SuperShuttle Denver counter is open daily 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM. Call SuperShuttle at (303) 370-1300 or (800) 258-3826 to make reservations or for more information. For wheelchair accessible transportation from and to DIA, reservations must be made 48 hours. (An option to select a wheechair accessible vehicle is available on the online reservation form

Light Rail
You can take the new Airport Light Rail 
(A Line) to Union Station and then the Westminster Light Rail (B Line) to Westminster. The hotel has shuttle service (inaccessible unfortunately) to pick guests up at the Westminster station. Call 303-410-5000 when you arrive in Westminster to reach the hotel shuttle.
Purchase a 9:00 all-day regional pass to cover the far from the airport to downtown (Union Station) and then from downtown to Westminster.
(Note about Westminster Station: this station has no rest room and although it is accessible, getting up to street level for pickup is a long walk unless you are good with taking stairs).
Uber

Driving directions from DIA to the Westin Hotel – Westminster
- (10600 Westminster Blvd.): From DIA, follow Pena Boulevard (10 miles) south.
- Exit onto I-70 west and follow it to I-270 west. I-270 merges into U.S. 36 west.
- Follow 36 West for approximately 12 miles to the 104th Ave. exit towards Church Ranch Road.
- Turn right onto 104th Ave.
- Turn left onto Westminster Blvd.

Shuttle Service to Westin from Nearby Hotels
The Westin has a complimentary van (up to 9 guests at one time) that is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and will go within a 5 mile radius. Guests can call the Westin (303.410.5000) from the neighboring hotels for pick up.
Westin Westminter (Sold Out for Tuesday & Wednesday Nights!)
The conference will take place at the Westin Hotel, a 4 star venue in Westminster, Colorado, about 15 miles south east of Boulder, about 13 miles from downtown Denver and 30.5 miles from Denver International Airport (DIA). It offers 30,000 square feet of meeting space at an affordable room rate.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Westin Hotel for the week of November 13th, 2017. The conference room rates are $169 for a single or double room and includes free Internet Access (but only if you book directly through the hotel).
