Abstract
We will demonstrate in depth how GreyHeller's User Experience technology supports making PeopleSoft WCAG 2.0 AA compliant. We will show examples from our partnership with the University of Minnesota. There will be lots of time for Q&A.

Hendrix Bodden
Over his career as a leader and individual contributor, Mr. Bodden has driven over $200 million in license revenue and raised over $50 million in equity capital. He has a proven track record with ERP and CRM industry leaders such as Clarify, where he managed Tier 1 systems integrator relationships, and Walker Interactive, where he was the top salesperson and promoted to Eastern Region Vice President. Mr. Bodden was a founding team member of several startups, including KnowledgeTrack, BigPrizes, and ProCore Labs, where he raised $4 million and directed development of a 90,000 square foot FDA-certified personal care manufacturing plant. Mr. Bodden holds a degree in Economics from Colby College and attended graduate economics courses at Cornell University.
Larry Grey
Mr. Grey was among PeopleSoft’s first 500 employees and transitioned to Oracle after the PeopleSoft acquisition. Mr. Grey directed implementation of PeopleSoft’s first Financials systems at Goldman Sachs, AXA Equitable, Turner Broadcasting and Boeing and led PeopleSoft’s Southeast region consulting practice to achieve the highest customer satisfaction ratings at PeopleSoft. He managed reporting /metadata development within the PeopleTools group, led the transition of PeopleSoft’s product architecture from client/server to internet and created 5 new products. After Oracle’s acquisition of PeopleSoft, Mr. Grey was responsible for incorporating Oracle technology into PeopleSoft’s products. Prior to PeopleSoft, Mr. Grey was instrumental in developing PeopleSoft’s Public Sector Financials products for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Mr. Grey holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University.
Shelley Nelson
Mrs. Nelson has spent the last 20 years of her career focusing on customer support. She spent 4 years prior to joining GreyHeller launching Services at Lisam America, the US subsidiary of Lisam Systems, a Belgian provider of EH&S software. During her time there, the company grew from 1 to 90 customers. Prior to that, she was VP of Global Support for TomorrowNow, growing the Support team from 3 to 63 employees and 5 to 135 customers in 4 years, including several Fortune 500s companies. The Service team achieved top 10% worldwide IT-industry customer satisfaction and loyalty and an unprecedented 98% customer reference rating as measured in 2007 by leading independent market research analyst, Taylor Nelson Sofres (TNS). Prior to TomorrowNow, Shelley spent 6 years at PeopleSoft, 3 as a Financials Consultant leading implementations and 3 as a Financials Application Developer.
