At Ephox he manages our technical pre-sales, technical support, and professional services activities for customers, partners, and prospects of Ephox. Prior to Ephox, Michael was the practice director of Portal, Collaboration and Web Content Management at Ascendant Technology. Ascendant is IBM Lotus’ largest business partner in Portal and Web Content Management technologies. Prior to Ascendant, he worked in software and services at Process Stream Technology, dotLogix, ICI Acrylics, Sara Lee and Waste Management.
