2026 Pricing & Costs

To allow you to estimate your 2026 conference and travel costs, not including airfare, we have included the hotel rates, ground transportation costs and the 2025 registration fees, listed below.
(The 2026 fees are likely to be similar, if not the same as, the 2025 fees).

Lyft/Uber: estimated fare one-way from DIA to Hilton: $65.

Light Rail: estimated fare one-way from DIA to Union Station Downtown Denver: $10.50
(You can then take the free MallRide from Union Station to California Street, next to the hotel).

Yellow Cab: call for rates (advance reservation recommended): 303-777-7777.

Hilton Denver City Center rate: $216 for per night single or double. (includes free room wifi)*

Included Meals: Wednesday evening hors d’oeuvres.
(The Tuesday night keynote dinner is included ONLY for those who purchase the ‘package’ option. Otherwise it is a $100 add-on).

Food is also provided during some of the exhibitor breaks (details coming soon).

Internet Access (in room): included in Hilton rate.*

*Important!: you must book directly with the hotel for the AHG block to receive the conference rate and waiver of room Internet fees. If you book through an online booking service such as Orbitz, Travelocity, etc., you will not receive the free in-room Internet service.

Cancellation Policy ‡

Cancellation Processing Fee

Refunds will be granted, with a cancellation fee, until Oct. 3. (See fees at right). (Note: you can do a registration substitution, or take a credit in lieu of a refund without incurring a fee, at any time).3

2“MEMBER DISCOUNTS” cannot be combined. In other words, registrants can only choose one discount from among all the member discounts available in the two categories. However, speaker discounts can be combined with any one of the member discounts. The 10% or 5% “SPEAKER DISCOUNT” will be calculated after the member discount has been applied. Check the AHEAD website for the discount code.

** About 50 hours of sessions are video-recorded.

CEU fee: $85

CEU credit of .1 per hour of the conference is available for both the pre-and main conference. Along with the $85 processing fee, the submission of paperwork that documents your completion of the seminar is required. Use this form (coming soon) to track and submit your attendance at the conference. Instructions on the proper way to fill out and submit can be found on the form.
