Lily oversees marketing programs and content and is responsible for promoting 3Play Media's brand as well as the importance of closed captioning. Lily has authored numerous papers and over 100 articles on the topic of closed captioning, accessibility laws, and emerging standards, and often speaks on the subject. She lives in Cambridge, MA and has been at 3Play Media since 2014.
