Abstract

Educators, government, and commercial organizations are struggling to implement solutions for digital and physical accessible content. Organizations need to understand where to best implement digital document and physical alternate formats.

Organizations need to consider best practices for authoring tools, accessible templates, tagging tools, tools to find inaccessible documents, validation techniques, and tools to scale accessible formats such as PDF and HTML5. These tools must be driven into a culture of inclusion and considered at the time of authoring. We will discuss tools and solutions aimed at the future.
