Covid 19 Health & Safety Protocols

Accessing Higher Ground 2021 takes all our attendees’ health and safety seriously. Based on guidance from the CDC and City of Denver Public Health Orders we will require every attendee to provide proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19. If you are fully vaccinated or will be as of November 11, 2021, you will be asked to show proof of vaccination cards or app at the Registration Table onsite.

Exceptions may be granted to those with validated medical (with physician’s note) or religious exemptions (note on valid letterhead) and will require proof onsite of a negative PCR test taken no more than 72 hours prior to arrival.

In accordance with the City of Denver, all attendees will be required to wear face masks in all areas of the AHG conference. Attendees are encouraged to use clear masks that meet safety standards, to enhance communication with other participants. Examples of these are the ClearMask™ and the BendShape Quartz™ (AHG does not endorse any one product over another).

All attendees are expected to acknowledge the risk associated with gatherings, and agree to follow on-site safety protocols that include: adhering to physical spacing, hand-washing, use of hand sanitizers and all other safeguards put in place.

We are working in close partnership with the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel & Marriott International to best align with the latest CDC and city and state guidelines for COVID-19 safety and facility sanitizing efforts. To that end, circumstances may require us to revise our safety protocols as needed.

We look forward to a safe and enjoyable time together.
