In higher education, there’s no such thing as a summer vacation, so there’s little to no time to recoup from the pressures that instructors and staff deal with throughout the academic year. A recent survey indicated that 65% of individuals working in Higher Education were suffering from burnout, and a whopping 85% were performing work that was not sustainable.
