Abstract
Here's your chance to put Alternative Text writing skills to the test by going "head-to-head" with other conference attendees. In a friendly competition, teams (or you can work on your own) will be shown a sample of images and asked to create Textual Alternatives. We will share our findings and review best practices when creating these descriptions, and even explore how Artificial Intelligence can lend a hand! Every reader deserves to be able to read quality content or have it read to them, including images, which is why adding quality and good textual alternatives is important.
